Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone 7), Calcium (90% as calcium carbonate-10% as calcium citrate/malate), Magnesium (90% as magnesium oxide-10% as magnesium citrate), Horsetail Powder (aerial parts), Lysine HCI, Boron (citrate). Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose Capsule, Magnesium Silicate, and Leucine.
Directions
1-2 capsules twice daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
